Vehicle Technician Required for Car Dealership - Crawley
1. Pay: £32,000 - £38,000 Basic + £50k Realistic OTE
2. Hours: 42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota

Duties as a Vehicle Technician:
10. Conduct comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs
11. Service and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards
12. Effectively utilise diagnostic tools and equipment
13. Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
14. Record all job details accurately in the service system
15. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and work completed
Requirements needed for the Vehicle Technician:
16. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or similar role
17. Strong diagnostic and repair skills
18. Relevant UK automotive qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
19. Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
20. Good attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
