Day-to-Day of the Role:
As a SEMH Experienced Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support the delivery of educational programs tailored to the unique needs of SEMH pupils.
* Work closely with classroom teachers to implement strategies that promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
* Assist in the development of individualised educational plans and monitor the progress of pupils.
* Engage with pupils one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and support emotional and social development.
* Participate in training and development sessions to continuously improve your skills and understanding of SEMH challenges.
