This is an excellent opportunity to support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a highly supportive and structured educational setting.
About the Role:
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to support pupils aged 11–16 who may have experienced challenges in mainstream education.
Your role will include supporting learning, encouraging emotional regulation, and helping students to build resilience and self-confidence.
