Estates Services Manager needed in South West London Paying £19.35 per hr ref OR23207 Full time hours on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities Line manage, support, and motivate a team of 13 estate cleaners. Oversee cleaning services across both static sites and mobile cleaning rounds. Carry out regular estate inspections to ensure standards are met and maintained. Organise staff rotas, allocate tasks, and ensure adequate cover across all locations. Provide coaching, training, and performance management where needed. Maintain excellent communication with residents, contractors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, safeguarding, and organisational policies. Manage stock levels, equipment, and supplies for the cleaning teams. Drive the company van to visit sites, support mobile staff, and transport equipment if required.
