4M Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Housing Management Support Worker to work for a rewarding Charity who provide practical help and personalised support through their education, housing, justice and health and wellbeing services. 40 hours per week The shift pattern is on a 5-week rolling rota including 2 weekends a month and 2 late finishes a month - Shifts are ;8am to 4pm, 8am to 6pm, 11am to 6pm and 3pm to 11pm. Home working between property and office visits £18.50 per hour via Umbrella Company This role will support 10 service users across mainly young people aged 16 who are based in charity properties in the Grantham area. This role will be providing support for vulnerable service users offering a person centred support ensuring service users build confidence and independence as well as providing housing and property management solutions with the aim of achieving a successful move-on. Typical tasks will include: Develop and deliver person centred support and safety plans Align support plans to compliment other support services and agencies Evidence service users progress Monitor and report safeguarding issues Ensure welfare and benefits are claimed to minimise arrears Minimise void times ensuring properties are re let Property management ensuring health and safety and repairs. The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous support work or housing experience in a similar sector and have a passion for supporting and helping others from vulnerable backgrounds such as mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, etc. If these roles are of interest please apply today for immediate consideration.
