We are currently looking to reccruit a Fleet Maintenance Administrator on a Part- Time basis. Hours of work : 9am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday. Salary :£12.50ph This is a temp role which may lead to long term work but will be reviewed weekly, as will depend on suitability to the role, work load. Own transport required due to location Duties include : Fleet Maintenance Parts ordering, chasing, checking packing slips & issuing PO's Managing maintenance schedules Fleet documentation - logbooks, certification, vehicle files and up to date records Fleet check - managing and recording vehicle defects and reports, allocate purchase invoices to jobs. Liaising with the fitter on repairs and parts, chasing for reports and progress Processing vehicle tax and penalty charge notices Fuel receipts processing Purchase ledger - post all maintenance and service purchase invoices to sage, approving them for payment.
