Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial cleaning environment and will have the ability to self motivate. Your focus will be to ensure that all FOH areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; dust and polish furniture; clean windows and mirrors.
* Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistency in service delivery.
Skills
* Proven experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
* Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
