Our client, HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS), is seeking a dedicated Administrative Officer to join their team in Caernarfon on a full-time temporary basis. What you'll be doing: * Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings, and meetings * Producing court documents and updating records on internal systems * Data input and drafting standard letters and documents * Clerking Civil and Family Courts, tribunals, and hearings * Assisting court users with general queries * Performing other administrative duties as required What you'll bring: * Ability to follow well-established processes and detailed instructions * Strong administration skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * A proactive approach and attention to detail Additional information: * Location: Caernarfon * Contract: 3 months, with potential for extension * Working hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Pay rate: £12.86 per hour, increasing to £13.25 after 12 weeks * Benefits include weekly pay, holiday entitlement, and pension scheme * Training will be provided on internal systems Ideal candidates will have: * Proven organisational and administrative abilities * Good communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Please note: Successful applicants will undergo a comprehensive background check, including DBS, reference, and address verification.
