We are currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Light Commercial Van Centre in Cardiff. The ideal candidate would have experience within the motor industry; however, we are keen to hear from individuals who have a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm as training will be provided. Position: Service Advisor Van Centre Cardiff Full time: 42.5 hours a week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am to 5:30pm Saturday Rota: 1 every 3 weeks 8.30am to 12.30pm as overtime. Position pays: £27,300 basic plus a monthly bonus Bonus Schemes: OTE and bonus scheme which can be discussed further at interview Location: Swansea SA4 9GW The Opportunity: Our Service Advisors play a vital role in the aftersales department, being the first point of contact between customers and our workshop. You will be based at the front of house in the showroom, so need to be passionate about helping customers. A large part of what a Service Advisor position involves is: Establish and manage the customer relationship ahead of their booking, greeting them on arrival. Supporting the customer's experience through their Sinclair journey in a positive and proactive manner. Communicate workshop advise to customer, ensuring customer is able to understand and make an informed decision to additional work identified and required. Competent in ability to use digital tools in a paperless work environment Proactively supporting the customer with future requirements Attention to detail and accuracy in all work processes such as costing, digital job card, filing and recording of all customer communications.
