About the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our commercial team on a significant large‑scale residential development in Suffolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven surveying professional to play a key commercial role on a flagship project, working with an established and supportive team. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day commercial management of your allocated packages, providing accurate cost control, procurement, forecasting, and subcontractor management. As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to commercial strategy, risk management, and financial reporting.
