Senior Production Planner
Salary - £45,540
Hours - 0500-1400 or 0700-1600 (Very Occasional Weekends)

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Production Planner to join a leading UK food manufacturer and take ownership of production planning across a fast-moving site.
In this role, you’ll lead a small team of planners, managing daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand efficiently and accurately. You’ll be the key link between Production, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams ensuring materials, capacity, and orders are perfectly aligned.
You’ll also have the chance to shape and improve planning systems, analyse trends, and drive performance improvements that keep the site running at its best.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in production planning within food manufacturing or FMCG
* Strong communication and leadership skills being able to coordinate and influence across teams
* Confident with data, forecasting, and Excel
* Calm under pressure, with great attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
