The ideal candidate will be a confident Aluminium TIG welder with strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing precision welds. The role: As an Aluminium TIG welder you will be working within a manufacturing environment, and your duties will be as followed: Carry out high-quality TIG welding on aluminium components and structures Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication plans Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy, strength, and presentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment Collaborate with other fabricators, engineers, and supervisors Operate workshop machinery and tools safely and efficiently Support production deadlines while maintaining excellent craftsmanship About you: As an Aluminium TIG welder you will have the following skills and experience: Proven experience working as an Aluminium TIG welder Strong TIG welding skills specifically with aluminium materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of health and safety regulations Reliable, punctual, and committed to an ongoing position Ability to maintain consistent quality even in high-pressure environments The Benefits Excellent Hourly Rates Weekly pay Guaranteed hours On going role in the Bristol area Friendly environment Free Parking Subsidised canteen Accessible by public transport JDR is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
