Responsibilities
* Run unit operations, overseeing brand and food standards, food safety, service, people and performance.
* Ensure the brand delivers to its promise, operates to the highest standards, and consistently meets customer expectations.
* Work closely with site leadership, develop and support Assistant Managers and Supervisors, and drive strong performance within the restaurant.
* Build great teams, manage standards and results, and continue to grow your leadership career with support.
Qualifications
* Management experience in restaurants or catering within a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience leading, coaching and developing managers and supervisors.
* Commitment to delivering great food, service and high standards.
* Confidence managing performance, compliance and commercial results.
* Ambition and eagerness to progress further in your management career.
