Void Co-ordinator - Littlecombe Depot - DursleyReference: REQ0163Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, who is organised and has an attention to detail, is adaptable and committed to delivering excellent customer service.You will be providing support to the Property Care Team in the management of returning empty properties to new tenants and facilitating mutual exchanges.Stroud District Council owns and manages over 5000 homes across Stroud District and our Management systems form the foundation upon which the rest of the business is built and forms an essential strand of the fabric of business critical information.
