Workplace Experience Manager
ROLE: Workplace Experience Manager
HOURS: 40 hours (Monday to Friday)

Role Responsibilities
1. Lead, motivate, and support Workplace teams, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
2. Act as the senior point of contact for clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and resolving operational escalations.
3. Oversee the delivery of integrated soft services, including cleaning, waste, landscaping, food, and hospitality.
4. Ensure full compliance with QHSE policies; carry out risk assessments and contribute to business continuity planning.
5. Drive continuous improvement using feedback, best practice, and performance data.
6. Support the achievement and maintenance of Hospitality Assured accreditation across London locations.
Required Qualifications
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
7. Proven experience in people management and customer‑facing environments.
8. Background in the Soft Services industry, including Front of House, Cleaning, and Security.
9. Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills.
10. High IT literacy; IOSH certification and CAFM experience are desirable.
11. Ability to manage multiple priorities while consistently delivering operational excellence.
12. Flexible, resilient, and committed to creating outstanding workplace experiences.
Desirable Skills
13. Project management experience.
14. Knowledge of Hospitality Assured standards.
15. Experience reviewing processes to improve efficiency.
