🔧 Your Role:
This is a pure sales role - no chasing, no cold calls, no admin headaches.
You'll:
Manage your own portfolio of personal and business clients
Handle inbound leasing enquiries - warm, ready-to-go leads
Match customers with the perfect lease deals
Close deals confidently over the phone
Smash your targets and enjoy uncapped earnings
💰 Uncapped Earnings - Real Potential:
Year 1 OTE: £45,000 - £55,000
Year 2 OTE: £60,000 - £80,000
Year 3 OTE: £100,000+
✅ What You'll Need:
Proven telephone-based sales experience
A background in automotive, leasing, finance, or insurance preferred
Confidence, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Target-driven with a hunger to learn and grow
Strong computer skills & attention to detail
