Salary will be pro-rated for this temporary position.
Work pattern is 21 hours per week with working days to be agreed.

Please note: You will be asked to provide the names of two referees when you apply for this post; however, these are not required at the application stage.
You should print off the role profile and Head Teacher's report and give them to your Head Teacher for completion.
To ensure your application is accepted, it is essential that the Head Teacher report is signed by and emailed from the Head Teacher who completed it, to the email address below.
Include the (EAD) reference number of the post on the report form.
The report should then be submitted by the Head Teacher to: mdaniel@kirkintilloch.e-dunbarton.sch.uk prior to the closing date.
Failure to do so may result in your application being excluded from shortlisting.

PVG/Disclosure Scotland
All roles within East Dunbartonshire Council requiring PVG/Disclosure checks are subject to the following:
Successful candidates for Regulated Roles under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020 will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme Update check before employment is confirmed.
Candidates will bear the cost of the check, which will be deducted from the first salary payment. In certain circumstances, this deduction may be made in installments following employment commencement, with approval from the HR & OD Manager.
If an employee leaves before the deduction is completed, the full amount will be deducted from the final salary.
This process also applies to existing employees applying for roles requiring a PVG/Disclosure check.
