Overview
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role where you’ll manage payroll and benefits, optimise HR systems, and collaborate across departments to deliver seamless, people-focused services.
Responsibilities
* Manage internal payroll processes and oversee contracts with external providers to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective service delivery.
* Ensure smooth operation of our digital HR systems, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and streamline processes.
* Work closely with HR Business Partners to ensure operational processes support the delivery of strategic people initiatives.
* Develop and manage HR SLAs, fostering effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, collaborating on projects like onboarding and system upgrades.
* Maintain GDPR/DPA compliance and provide accurate HR data and reporting to internal and external bodies.
* Manage a dedicated HR operations team focused on payroll, benefits, and systems support.
* Collaborate with teams across People & Culture, Internal Comms, and Digital Engagement to ensure HR information is accessible, effective, and continuously improving.
What you\'ll Bring
* Proven generalist HR experience at Advisor or Manager level.
* CIPD/CIPP (or equivalent) qualification.
* A track record of improving systems and processes within an HR context.
* Essential: Current working knowledge of iTrent HR and Payroll software.
