We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader to work closely with the Service Manager in supporting a team who provide high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred services to vulnerable adults aged 18 experiencing homelessness, isolation, and other complex challenges. You’ll ensure high standards of practice by supporting staff performance, promoting a positive and psychologically safe culture, and ensuring full compliance with policies, regulations and contractual requirements. You’ll also deputise for the Service Manager when needed, which may include working across different areas of the Service. Able to self-manage, effectively plan and prioritise tasks and consistently deliver results Good knowledge of tenancy and property management including rent management and court procedures.
