Salary: £27,000 - 32,000 per year Requirements: 1–4 years in IT support (ideally in MSP or multi-site) Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory Knowledge of basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs) Hardware troubleshooting experience Mobile device support experience (MDM, iOS, Android) A full UK driving licence Strong communication and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service skills Curiosity and a hunger to learn Confidence in face-to-face client interactions Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for incoming tickets and requests Troubleshoot and resolve issues across desktops, laptops, printers, mobiles, and other hardware Provide user support for Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory Address basic networking, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues Escalate complex cases clearly to 3rd Line support teams Visit client sites for installation, configuration, and repair of kits (PCs, servers, switches, firewalls) Conduct infrastructure checks, cabling reviews, and environment audits Deliver and set up new hardware for users Assist with office moves, hardware refreshes, and mini-migrations Monitor client systems and respond to alerts Perform routine patching, updates, and health checks Validate backups and assist with restores Communicate clearly with users at all levels without jargon Manage your ticket queue and keep clients informed Identify recurring issues and propose smarter solutions Technologies: Active Directory Android Hardware Support Microsoft 365 Mobile TCP/IP VPN Windows iOS Office 365 React More: We are a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Liverpool, committed to delivering high-quality IT support.
