Purpose
The role involves assisting in property data management and controlling client monies to oversee a property portfolio.
About the team
The team has over 40 employees across Manchester and Leeds, including 2 Directors and 5 team leaders, responsible for daily client accounting and sharing extensive expertise.
Day-to-day duties
* Maintain property, lease, and financial data on databases.
* Assist in client reporting, including standard and additional reports.
* Reconcile client reports such as VAT and statements.
* Perform site income reconciliations.
* Prepare instructions for Treasury, including demand recharges, rent transfers, account amendments, and transaction payments.
* Manage client funds, including tenant refunds.
* Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Perform miscellaneous admin tasks as required.
* Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by team leaders and managers.

Training
Level 2 or Level 3 AAT Apprenticeship, with on-the-job training to ensure comprehensive knowledge and successful qualification.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm, with one day dedicated to apprenticeship studies.
Entry requirements
GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 (Grade C) or above; applicants must not be currently studying for or holding a degree. Must be eligible to live, work, and commute within 1 hour of the office.
