Recruitment Manager – Nursing Healthcare Recruitment | On‑site – Preston We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager – Nursing to lead, grow, and scale a high‑performing healthcare recruitment desk based from our Preston office. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who has operated at management level within healthcare nursing recruitment, can drive personal billings, and has a proven track record of building and developing successful teams. The Role You will take ownership of our nursing recruitment function, combining delivery, leadership, and commercial growth. This is not a purely hands‑off role — you’ll lead from the front, win business, deliver results, and develop people.
