About the role:
As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be:
* Provide 1:1 or small group support, particularly for students with any additional needs.
* Help students achieve their learning and personal development goals.
* Support students during break and lunch times.
Person specification:
* previous experience working with SEN children in a school environment.
* Can build strong relationships with students and staffs.
* Follow safeguarding protocols and prioritise student safety.
* Confident, enthusiastic, and committed to supporting young people.
