About the Role
As an Unqualified Teacher, you will take responsibility for delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment while supporting students’ academic progress and engagement.
Your day may include leading lessons in the absence of teaching staff, managing classroom behaviour, and adapting activities to meet the needs of different learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Supporting students of varying abilities to stay engaged and on task
* Providing feedback to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour
* Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate

* A degree in any subject (or relevant experience working with young people)
* Strong communication and classroom presence

* Previous school-based experience (desirable but not essential)
