Product owner

Our platform is used by banks, insurers and financial institutions to prevent fraud, protect customers and respond quickly to emerging risks. We’ve been doing this for over 30 years, and as we grow, we’re continuing to evolve how we build products - becoming more customer-led and focused on delivering the right outcomes. The role We’re looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of a key area of our platform, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions that solve real problems. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the backlog, support delivery and help shape how solutions work in practice. What you’ll be doing: Own the backlog and delivery – keep it clear, prioritised, and moving forward; break down work into deliverable increments and partner with Engineering to balance pace with long-term sustainability Support solution design and discovery – refine ideas with Product Managers, validate solutions through workflows and customer feedback, and flag risks early Think beyond individual features – consider how your work fits into the wider platform, focusing on scalability, reusability, and avoiding unnecessary complexity Collaborate across teams – work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery, sharing progress, raising risks and contributing to roadmap discussions What success looks like in this role: Software is delivered consistently and works well in practice Backlogs are clear, structured and aligned to outcomes Delivery feels predictable, not reactive Solutions are built with the future in mind, not just the immediate need You’re contributing to improving how we build as well as what we build What we’re looking for: Essentials Experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or in a similar role You’ve worked closely with Engineering teams on complex systems You’re confident managing and prioritising a backlog You’re comfortable having technical conversations and understanding trade-offs Nice to have Experience with platform or API-based products Background in SaaS or financial services Exposure to customer validation or discovery work Why join us?
