We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join a beautiful boutique hotel and restaurant on the East Sussex coast.

The restaurant has a French-inspired style, with menus built around classic technique, seasonal ingredients, local produce, seafood, sharing dishes, daily specials, and comforting dishes done properly.

What you will be doing
* Running your section with confidence and consistency
* Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal dishes
* Working with local produce, seafood, and classic European flavours
* Supporting prep, service, stock control, and kitchen organisation
* Keeping your section clean, sharp, and ready for service
* Working closely with the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
* Helping maintain high standards across every plate
What we are looking for
* Experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up
* A good foundation in fresh food kitchens
* Interest in French, British, or European-style cooking
* Calmness under pressure
* Pride in prep, organisation, and presentation
* A team-focused attitude
* Someone who wants to grow in a quality food-led environment

You will be based in a coastal village in East Sussex, close to Rye and just moments from a wide sandy beach.
