As Branch Manager, you will have full responsibility for the performance and growth of our Stoke Gifford residential sales team. You will lead from the front by motivating, coaching and developing a high-performing team, driving results and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role within estate agency
* A strong people leader with a passion for coaching and development
* A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Customer-focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded
* Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Numerate, detail-focused and results-driven
* Full UK driving licence
