Job Description
As a Lidl Area Manager, you will be a future leader, helping the company grow. You will learn the business from the inside out, starting from a Customer Assistant to leading from the shop floor as a Store Manager. Your responsibilities include coordinating up to five stores, supporting Store Managers, and ensuring KPIs are met.
Responsibilities
1. Visit stores regularly to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance.
2. Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing teams.
3. Empower teams to achieve KPIs and uphold high standards.
4. Create an environment for teams to perform their best in line with Leadership & Company Principles.
Requirements
1. Proven experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites.
2. Ability to understand reports, implement next steps, and oversee initiatives.
3. Drive to learn and adapt to business changes.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Full UK Driving License.
