Education/ Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. •Good standard of education including GCSE equivalent in Maths and English
Desirable criteria
2. •NVQ level 3 in customer care or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
3. •Minimum 6 months experience in healthcare environment
4. •Understanding of working with patients who are chronically ill
5. •Experience of using spreadsheet
6. •Software and databases
7. •Experience in patient administrator system(CERNER)

8. •Chemotherapy scheduling experience
