11. Deputise for senior managers and provide wider leadership support when required
You will be:
12. An effective and confident leader with experience of managing teams and delivering system-based services
13. Skilled in system development, testing and support, ideally within a local government environment
14. Able to interpret legislation and translate this into practical system and process improvements
15. Highly organised, with strong project management and problem-solving skills
16. A strong communicator, able to build relationships and influence at all levels
17. Committed to delivering excellent customer service and promoting a positive, high-performance culture
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and influence the systems that underpin vital Council services. You’ll play a key role in connecting systems, people and strategy, helping deliver efficient, compliant and customer-focused services for the community.
