Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team on a temporary ongoing contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing essential support to the accounts payable department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: Providing support to the accounts payable team with general administrative duties. Managing and monitoring multiple email inboxes, forwarding emails to the relevant staff members. Handling the booking of travel arrangements including accommodation, car hire, and flights. Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks. Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in an administration role is essential. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Offering: Immediate start available. Temporary contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm Hourly rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience. Based on-site in Bellshill.
