With an ever growing roster of partners, including the likes of Nascar, World Aquatics and World Dodgeball along with streaming platforms such as BEONDTV+ and Ciao TV, Recast is creating an exciting new senior role to lead affiliate engagement, content syndication initiatives and scalable growth through AI and automation.

This role will be employed by Recast, but seconded part-time into selected media owners' teams—across sport, entertainment, tech, and broadcasting—to drive content reach and revenue via affiliate networks. The candidate will operate across diverse environments, supporting affiliates in developing tailored go-to-market strategies, assets, and optimisation plans to accelerate distribution and monetisation.

This role will play a key part in supporting these partnerships and ensuring media owners maximise their revenue potential.

Who You Are:

We're seeking a senior-level professional with proven experience in affiliate marketing, content distribution, and digital commercial strategy. You will lead efforts to identify, onboard, and activate key affiliate partners and media collaborators. You will also work hand-in-hand with internal and external stakeholders to ensure execution of performance-driven marketing strategies that maximise content reach and revenue outcomes.

You will be a driven individual who is relentless in your pursuit of delivering success. You will be an organised communicator, with excellent people skills who thinks on your feet and adapts to any given situation.

The successful candidate will need to be prepared for a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to different team dynamics, building good relationships quickly across both the Media owner’s business, Recast and with Affiliate partners.

You’re also forward-thinking and excited by the opportunity to scale operations intelligently. You understand how AI and automation can augment affiliate and content marketing workflows and are motivated to build a smarter, leaner operation that scales impact without a proportional increase in team size.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the business as we expand.
