An opportunity has arisen for an International Sales Coordinator to work for a well-established manufacturing business. We are looking for a proactive and organised International Sales Coordinator to join a warm and friendly team. You will support Export Sales and International Sales Managers by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and coordinating international shipments.
Job Description:
1. As the International Sales Coordinator you will communicate with customers, agents, distributors and freight forwarders;
2. Enter customer orders onto the system;
3. Communicate with various internal departments to progress the orders;
4. As the International Sales Coordinator you will understand shipping terms and what is required to ship internationally;
5. Arrange international shipments and complete the required export documentation including invoices and packing lists to ensure fast delivery;
6. Answer customer queries;
7. Process customer complaints;
8. Support the Head of Sales for your markets;
9. Understand your markets and provide accurate information for internal reports.
For the role, it would be good to see candidates with:
10. PC Skills, Word, Excel and email
11. Experience in Customer Service
12. Knowledge of Export documentation and accuracy in completing such documents.
13. Good communication and telephone skills
14. Fluent in a European language is an advantage, but not essential
15. Industry and product knowledge
This role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Keele, Newcastle under Lyme, Crewe, Congleton, Eccleshall, Stone and surrounding areas
The role would suit candidates with the following experience: Shipping Administrator, Shipping Coordinator, Exports, Sales Administration
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
