We are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our friendly, independent village pub group, at The Dusty Miller, Harlow. The ideal candidate will be :
Friendly and confident
1. Motivated to ensure the smooth running of shifts
2. Possess the ability to communicate concisely a with colleagues and customers alike
3. Someone who genuinely enjoys working in the hospitality industry
Your role will involve(but not be limited to) :
4. working alongside the head chef and general manager to help build the business
5. opening and closing the site
6. running the site in the absence of the GM
7. stock and cash control
8. ordering and stock taking
9. managing and motivating the team
10. identifying opportunities to drive sales and acting on them
11. function management
12. ensuring the team deliver fantastic service at all times
