This is a commercially focused and data‑driven digital marketing position, responsible for leading the organisation’s digital strategy and ensuring all online activity drives measurable growth. The role plays a central part in how the business attracts, engages and retains customers through digital channels, with full ownership of campaign performance, optimisation and digital effectiveness. Main Duties: * Own and deliver the digital marketing strategy across key channels including paid media, search, email and web. * Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns aligned to commercial priorities. * Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring strong ROI and efficient use of spend. * Drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement through targeted digital activity. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure digital initiatives support wider business and branch performance.
