What You’ll Be Doing
* Guide customers through the entire vehicle buying journey—from initial enquiry and test drives to finance options and delivery
* Offer tailored advice on finance, insurance, and accessories
* Build trust and rapport to understand and meet individual customer needs
* Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way
* Generate new business through proactive outreach and relationship-building
What We’re Looking For
* At least 1 year in any customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, call centres, etc.)
* A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn
* A full UK driving licence
