Lunalogic UK LIMITED is a consulting firm specialising in quantitative finance and advanced technology. We are currently looking for a highly skilled Quantitative Analyst to join the Fixed Income research team within the trading division of a major financial institution in London. This role focuses on the development of WPF-based C# user interfaces for a key trading platform used across global markets. The role sits within a cross-functional Algo eFX development team, working closely with traders, sales, and quantitative developers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain WPF/C# user interfaces for real-time pricing and trading.
* Collaborate with business analysts, traders, and IT teams to clarify requirements and deliver solutions aligned with eFX strategy.
* Work in an Agile environment, contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle including prototyping, testing, deployment, and support.
* Build tooling to improve workflow efficiency and trading performance.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and market regulations.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in C# with WPF, delivering GUI applications in financial or similarly fast-paced environments.
* Understanding of FX products
* Exposure to front-office trading environments and knowledge of market data integration.
* Clear communicator with analytical problem-solving skills and attention to performance optimization.
* Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
* Java knowledge and Red Hat Linux experience.
* Background in automated testing.
* Familiarity with FX pricing strategies and multi-tiered price construction.
