About the role:
Based in Central London (hybrid):
1. The Council is moving towards becoming a community wealth building based organisation.
2. This will involve moving away from traditional service delivery towards providing services in a more innovative, customer outcome focussed manner, in order to achieve efficiencies and value for money.
3. The postholder will be expected to co-ordinate internal capability and external partnerships for the business to deliver effective change and realisation of projected benefits.
4. Lead the programme team encouraging innovation and supporting change.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
5. Experience in managing programmes in Local Government
6. Leading service change projects that improve services for residents and deliver savings.
7. Solid grasp of Project Management methodologies (Prince2 & Agile).
8. Skills in influencing senior stakeholders

9. Salary: £663 per day, Inside IR35
