The Package
* £40,000 per annum basic salary
* Daytime, Monday to Friday only
* 28 Days holiday

The Job Role:
* Chef Manager to oversee both staff dining and hospitality
* The Chef Manager is to work with fresh food only.
* The successful Chef Manager is to lead a small team creating wonderful workplace dining. This role is 70% cooking, 30% management.
* The Chef Manager will report into the Group Culinary Director
The Requirements
* A Chef Manager with good experience in fresh food operations, ideally already within B&I workplace dining.
* A chef manager who has their finger on the pulse and is in touch with high street food trends
* Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP
* A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front
* Computer literate and can liaise with clients
