Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner.
* Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
* Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
* Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.
Crucial:
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
* Participate in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting stock takes.
* Stay updated on product promotions, sales, and new arrivals to effectively inform customers.
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
* Ability to work well within a team as well as independently.
* Hard working and willing to learn.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
* A genuine interest in helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
