General Manager – Profit Centre Lead / Head of Sales, £70,000 basic | £100,000+ package | Profit Share, Executive Company Car | Bupa | 6% Pension, Milton Keynes. As General Manager, you'll take full responsibility for turnover, margin, operating costs and long-term growth strategy. This is full P&L ownership of a £9m+ standalone profit centre within a £1bn+ group.
Operating within a decentralised, entrepreneurial structure, you will have genuine authority to:
