The Role:
As Technical Account Manager, you'll be the go-to contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients—ensuring their IT environments run smoothly, stay secure, and continue to evolve with their business needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary contact for all client communications and service-related matters.
* Building trusted relationships and understanding clients’ technical and business objectives.
* Liaising between clients and internal technical teams to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
* Conducting contract renewals, pricing negotiations, and presenting tailored solutions.
* Creating and presenting project proposals and quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
* Staying current with technology trends to offer strategic guidance.
* Driving continuous improvement across client services and internal processes.
About You:
We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills. You’ll be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders and confident in managing accounts at both an operational and strategic level.
You’ll need:
* A Microsoft-based technical background (essential).
* Strong communication and client engagement skills.
* Proven experience managing accounts or leading IT teams.
* Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.
* Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
* A strong interest in new and emerging technologies.
