You'll be responsible for analyzing and fixing bugs within defined time frames, as well as identifying and implementing continuous improvement features. You'll collaborate with L1 and L2 teams or serve as part of a dedicated L3 support team in larger multi-supplier environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot solutions. Identify and automate efficiency improvements for continuous enhancement. Utilize monitoring tools, specifically Grafana and Kibana. Work across a broad technology stack, including: Java 8 MVC, JDBC, and RESTful frameworks Build tools: Ant, Maven, Gradle Java ecosystem technologies and libraries Fundamental tools and languages: SQL, Unix, CLI tools, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, HTML, CSS Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, Flink, Cassandra, SQL Server, Postgres Develop schemas to support business logic and data. Manage both production and non-production instances of services. Transition services from Project/Development to Live Operational Support. Assess risk and maintain strong communication under pressure with clients and the Digital Operations team. Key Skills: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Experience with automation and efficiency improvements. Proficiency with monitoring tools: Grafana, Kibana. High-level technical skills in Java and related technologies.
