About the position You will be responsible for the management of all additional support given to pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities within the Academy. This will be a demanding, varied and highly challenging role that will provide an excellent career opportunity for an exceptional individual. You will report directly to the principal. This will be a challenging role so you will need the drive and ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for SEN and understand issues affecting pupils with additional needs and how to support them.
