Based at our Aylesbury campus, this role is part time working 24.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. The successful candidate will: Specialise in a trade and competent in others. Promote high levels of student ambition leading to positive progression. Plan and develop highly effective teaching in subjects' areas required. Contribute to the colleges pursuit of excellence by delivering high quality teaching. Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups and individual students, ensuring they are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential. After completion you can choose to move be onto our Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training qualification.
