About the role As a Junior Digital Product Manager, you support the delivery of digital experiences at live events, including event mobile apps, web-based platforms, and supporting technologies across a portfolio of events. You work with event and digital teams to gather requirements, recommend approved tools or suppliers, and support end-to-end delivery to ensure solutions meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You assist with coordination, quality assurance, progress reporting, and the administration of meeting and event platforms, working with guidance from senior colleagues. This role focuses on improving customer experience, supporting data integrations, and applying consistent, best-practice approaches in a fast-changing environment. Responsibilities Lead the delivery, reliability, and ongoing improvement of event mobile applications Oversee the performance and reporting of the event web application Manage on-site event technologies, such as AI-powered translation tools Support the delivery and effectiveness of meeting and virtual event platforms Administer collaboration and workflow platforms used by internal teams Monitor platform performance and use insights to drive continuous improvement Contribute to a high-quality hosted buyer experience, including meeting diary and attendance reporting Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery Requirements Experience working with web, mobile, or customer-facing digital applications Knowledge of product management or digital project management practices Ability to analyse data and produce clear, actionable reports Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with testing activities such as user acceptance or business acceptance testing Confidence working with external suppliers and managing delivery expectations Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering accessible, high-quality experiences Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
