The Role: We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to support our sales teams across both acquisition and renewals. This role plays a key part in the day-to-day management of contracts, pricing accuracy, supplier communication, and compliance documentation. You will act as a central point of coordination between consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure deals progress smoothly and correctly. This position is ideal for someone currently working in an energy brokerage or regulated sales environment who wants a more structured setting with room to progress Why Join Us: Structured and professional working environment Clear processes and compliance standards Opportunity to develop within a growing business Exposure to commercial operations and supplier relationships Genuine progression opportunities as the company expands What You Will Be Doing Day to Day: Preparing and processing sales packs, ensuring documentation is complete Checking pricing details before submission to ensure accuracy Liaising directly with energy suppliers regarding contracts, amendments, and terminations Managing termination requests and supporting objection handling where required Supporting both acquisition and renewal pipelines Maintaining accurate CRM records (HubSpot or similar) Listening into console calls where required and flagging process inaccuracies Supporting compliance checks aligned with Ofgem and GDPR requirements Helping reduce errors and prevent potential clawbacks What We are Looking For: ✔ Previous experience in sales administration or contract processing ✔ Experience within energy, utilities, or a regulated brokerage environment preferred ✔ Understanding of LOAs, termination processes, and supplier interaction ✔ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills ✔ Confident communicator comfortable speaking with suppliers and internal teams ✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✔ Professional, structured, and commercially aware approach What You Will Get: Competitive/negotiable salary (DOE) Clear development pathway within the business Private medical insurance Mon-Friday 08:30am -16:30pm ( No Bank Holidays or Weekends) Paid time off during the festive period Structured training and ongoing development Supportive leadership team Final Call to Action: If you are currently working within an energy or regulated sales environment and are looking for a structured role with progression opportunities, we would like to hear from you.
