Description
The Commercial Litigation Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;
* Advising large corporate clients on a range of commercial litigation matters including heavy weight IT disputes, contractual disputes and procurement disputes.
* Manage and oversee high-value and complex disputes.
* Lead and mentor a team of lawyers with help from Partners.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients.
* Take an active role in business development.
* Lead on all forms of ADR.
Profile
The successful Commercial Litigation Legal Director should have / be;
* A track record in Commercial Litigation gained from a national or international law firm.
* A strong academic background
* Proven ability to manage and resolve complex legal disputes effectively.
* Exceptional leadership skills with experience in mentoring and managing legal teams.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* A proactive approach to business development and client relationship management.
