Are you a passionate and experienced leader in children’s residential care? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee an EBD home in Derby, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people.
The Role:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
* Provide strong, supportive leadership to your team, promoting a positive and therapeutic culture.
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people, ensuring high-quality, child-centred care.
* Drive continuous improvement with the aim of achieving Good and Outstanding Ofsted ratings.
* Manage budgets, resources, and care planning effectively.

Requirements:
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or commitment to complete).
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within an EBD setting.
* Strong safeguarding knowledge and regulatory understanding.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
