About this opportunity
Support the execution of the Talent Acquisition Strategy to attract top talent into Gleeds by assisting the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Partners with administrative duties during the hiring process. This role will cover the UK and global needs as required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Completing onboarding for new starters, including creating contracts and offers, conducting Right to Work checks, and ensuring all onboarding forms are correctly completed.
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the UK and Global Acquisition teams.
* Managing HR systems and processes, including Open HR and the Applicant Tracking System (Eploy).
* Administering Eploy to ensure it is used effectively, kept up to date, and runs smoothly.
* Monitoring the careers inbox to process candidate queries and requests.
* Ensuring compliance with company hiring guidelines and employment legislation.
* Managing 3rd party agency contracts and compliance.
* Tracking referrals, maintaining up-to-date policies, and ensuring timely referrals.
* Processing visas in line with immigration laws.
* Supporting early careers recruitment campaigns during peak periods.
* Assisting with psychometric tests as required.
* Supporting projects related to recruitment training, applicant tracking systems, and new recruitment tools and processes.
* Providing general recruitment administration support, including role advertising and interview coordination.
* Promoting Equal Opportunities and Diversity & Inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
About The Candidate
Who we’re looking for:
Experience, Knowledge, and Key Skills
* Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Recruitment or HR.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High accuracy and attention to detail.
* Customer-focused attitude with professionalism and discretion.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage workload effectively.
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
